यमुनोत्री राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर सिलक्यारा और जंगलचट्टी के बीच 4.5 किलोमीटर लंबी पहली सुरंग तैयार हो रही है। इसका काम अंतिम चरण में है। टनल का निर्माण कर रही कंपनी एनएचआईडीसीएल के अधिकारियों का दावा है कि दिसंबर तक वाहनों की आवाजाही शुरू करवा दी जाएगी। इस टनल का निर्माण सिलक्यारा बैंड से लेकर पोल गांव तक किया जा रहा है। इस टनल के बनने से घंटो का सफर मिनटों में पूरा हो जाएगा।

The first tunnel of 4.5 km length between Silkyara and Jangalchatti on the Yamunotri National Highway is under construction. Its work is in the final stage. Officials of NHIDCL, the company building the tunnel, claim that the movement of vehicles will be started by December. This tunnel is being constructed from Silkyara band to Pol village. With the construction of this tunnel, the journey of hours will be completed in minutes.

While participating in the dialogue program with the block heads in the Chief Sevak Sadan, CM Dhami said that the responsibility of carrying forward the schemes of the government in their areas rests with the block head. उत्तराखंड बोर्ड की अंक सुधार परीक्षा को लेकर बड़ा अपडेट आ रहा है। इस परीक्षा के माध्यम से फेल हुए छात्र-छात्राओं को पास होने का मौका मिल रहा है। बताया जा रहा है कि बोर्ड ने अंक सुधार परीक्षा के शेड्यूल में बदलाव किया है। जिसका आदेश जारी किया गया है। अब इस परीक्षा के लिए 15 जून से आवेदन किए जा सकेंगे।

बीते दिन स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डाॅ0 धन सिंह रावत ने प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र खेड़ाखाल रुद्रप्रयाग का निरीक्षण कर स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में साफ-सफाई का विशेष ध्यान देने एवं मरीजों को सभी दवाइयां अस्पताल से ही उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए।

मसूरी में बढ़ते ट्रैफिक के दबाव को कम करने के लिए पुलिस ने नया ट्रैफिक प्लॉन तैयार किया है। जिसके अंतर्गत यात्रा पर जाने वाले वाहनों को विकासनगर की ओर से भेजा जाएगा। इसके लिए मसूरी-देहरादून मार्ग स्थित चेक पॉइंट कुठाल गेट पर पुलिस द्वारा जांच की जा रही है। इसके साथ ही यात्रा पर जाने वाले वाहनों को वहां से वापस डाइवर्ट कर विकास नगर के रास्ते भेजा जा रहा है।

To reduce the pressure of increasing traffic in Mussoorie, the police has prepared a new traffic plan. Under which the vehicles going on the yatra will be sent from Vikas Nagar side. For this, investigation is being done by the police at the check point Kuthal Gate located on the Mussoorie-Dehradun road. सीएम धामी ने बीते दिन मुख्यमंत्री कैम्प कार्यालय में भागीरथी-2 चोटी का पर्वतारोहण कर लौटे एनडीआरएफ के जवानों का स्वागत किया। सीएम ने पर्वतारोही दल का ध्वज ग्रहण कर इस अभियान का विधिवत समापन भी किया। सीएम ने एनडीआरएफ के सभी जवानों को इस कठिन अभियान को सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण करने पर बधाई देते हुए कहा कि इस तरह के अभियान करने से आने वाली चुनौतियों का सामना करने में आसानी होती है।

वर्ष-2023 जुलाई माह के प्रथम सप्ताह से शुरू होने वाले श्रावण मास कांवड़ मेले के दृष्टिगत वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक पौड़ी श्रीमती श्वेता चौबे द्वारा श्री नीलकंठ मन्दिर जाने वाले पैदल मार्ग बैराज बाईपास तिराहा, मोनी बाबा तिराहा, मोनी बाबा आश्रम, धांधला पानी, पुण्डरासू रास्ते पर स्वयं 12 किमी पैदल चलकर निरीक्षण किया। तत्पश्चात पैदल मार्ग की सुरक्षा व्यवस्थाओं के सम्बन्ध में समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।
