श्री बद्रीनाथ दर्शन के लिए आयी श्रद्धालु तरंगिणी महापत्रो उम्र 72 वर्ष निवासी कोलहाडी उड़ीसा दर्शन करते वक्त अपने परिवार से बिछुड़ गयी थी। पुलिस द्वारा काफी प्रयास करने के बाद महिला को मन्दिर से 2 किमी दूर भारत सेवाश्रम आश्रम में उनके परिवारजनों से मिलवाया गया।

Devotee Tarangini Mohapatro, age 72, resident of Kolhadi, Orissa, who came to visit Shri Badrinath, got separated from her family while visiting. After a lot of effort by the police, the woman was reunited with her family members at Bharat Sevashram Ashram, 2 km from the temple.

चंपावत- मां पूर्णागिरि धाम के दर्शन करने आये चकरपुर खटीमा निवासी रमेश चन्द्र जोशी का अचानक स्वास्थ्य खराब हो गया था। जिसको काली मन्दिर पुलिस व एसडीआरएफ द्वारा स्ट्रेचर के द्वारा भैरव मन्दिर तक लाकर 108 के माध्यम से उप जिला चिकित्सालय टनकपुर भिजवाया गया।

बीते दिन पुलिस उपाधीक्षक बडकोट, श्री सुरेन्द्र सिंह भण्डारी की अध्यक्षता में थाना बडकोट पर पीस कमेटी की मीटिंग आयोजित की गई, जिसमें कानून एवं शान्ति व्यवस्था के सम्बन्ध में वार्तालाप किया गया। सी0ओ0 बडकोट द्वारा नगरपालिका अध्यक्ष, स्थानीय व्यापार मंण्डल, होटल एसोसिएशन एवं सभी वर्गों प्रबुद्ध जनों से आपसी सौहार्द, भाईचारा एवं शान्ति व कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने की अपील की गई। मीटिंग मे क्षेत्र के सभी लोगों द्वारा मुख्यतः बाहरी व्यक्तियों के सत्यापन व अवांछनीय तत्वों की निगरानी की मांग की गई।

On the previous day, under the chairmanship of DSP, Barkot, Mr. Surendra Singh Bhandari, a meeting of the Peace Committee was organized at Police Station Barkot, in which a discussion was held regarding law and order. The CO Barkot appealed to the Municipal President, Local Business Board, Hotel Association and all sections of enlightened people to maintain mutual harmony, brotherhood and peace and law and order. In the meeting, a demand was made by all the people of the area mainly for verification of outsiders and monitoring of undesirable elements.
