Puneet, a resident of Almora Dhaulchhina, reported in helpline number dial 112 that his bike was missing from there, parked on the road in front of the house. On information, the Dhaulchhina Police immediately reached the spot and when a search was carried out, the motorcycle was found in a drain near the house and the caller was found drunk. Caller Puneet was challan under the Police Act for giving false information to the police under the influence of alcohol and strict instructions were given for the future.
