उत्तराखंड के बागेश्वर नंदी गांव के निवासी शशांक उपाध्याय ने कड़ी मेहनत कर नीट परीक्षा में 651 अंक हासिल किए है। उन्होंने कड़ी मेहनत और लगन से लगातार प्रयास कर नीट परीक्षा पास की है। शशांक ने अपनी सफलता का श्रेय अपने परिजनों को दिया है। अपने गांव के वह पहले डॉक्टर बनेंगे उनकी इस उपलब्धि से उनके परिवार में खुशी का माहौल है।

आईएएस रणवीर चौहान को उद्यान विभाग का नए निदेशक बनाया गया है। बता दें कि आईएएस रणवीर चौहान वर्तमान में कृषि विभाग के अपर सचिव भी हैं। सीएम धामी ने भ्रष्टाचार पर कड़ा एक्शन लेते हुए भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों से घिरे उत्तराखंड के उद्यान निदेशक हरमिन्दर सिंह बवेजा को सस्पेंड कर दिया था। बता दें कि उन पर भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप लगने के बाद जांच के आदेश दिए गए थे। जांच रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ये फैसला लिया गया है।

राजस्थान से उत्तराखण्ड आये यात्रियों की एक बस श्रीबद्रीनाथ से ऋषिकेश की ओर जाते हुए चमधार (श्रीकोट व धारीदेवी के मध्य) में ब्रेक फेल हो जाने के कारण सड़क पर पलट गई। इस सूचना पर एसडीआरएफ द्वारा तत्काल घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर जिला पुलिस के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए बस में सवार 31 यात्रियों को रेस्क्यू किया गया। जिन यात्रियों को हल्की चोट आई थी उन्हें टीम द्वारा प्राथमिक उपचार भी दिया गया।

A bus carrying passengers from Rajasthan to Uttarakhand while going from Shri Badrinath to Rishikesh overturned on the road due to brake failure at Chamdhar (between Shrikot and Dhari Devi). On this information, the SDRF immediately reached the spot and coordinated with the district police and rescued 31 passengers in the bus. Passengers who suffered minor injuries were also given first aid by the team.

बीते दिन स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डाॅ0 धन सिंह रावत ने यमुना कॉलोनी स्थित आवास पर चिकित्सा शिक्षा, चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन की समीक्षा बैठक ली, जिसमें उन्होंने समस्त उच्च अधिकारियों के साथ विभाग के अंतर्गत योजनावार वित्तीय एवं भौतिक प्रगति की समीक्षा की। इस दौरान उन्होंने बजट आवंटन/सदुपयोग, संचालित निर्माण कार्यों, नए निर्माण कार्यों हेतु भूमि चयन/डीपीआर आदि की अद्यतन स्थिति, संवर्गवार स्वीकृत पदों के सापेक्ष कार्यरत एवं रिक्त पदों, सभी संवर्गों में पदोन्नति की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा की।
