Four-day 'Bikhouti Karn Mahotsav' concludes in Karnaprayag, Chamoli district
According to report, the four-day Bikhouti Karn Mahotsav organized on the occasion of Baisakhi in Karnaprayag, concluded with colorful cultural programmes. Local as well as visiting artists gave impressive performances during the festival, while prizes were also distributed to the winners through a lucky draw at the closing ceremony.
