Major train accident in Chhattisgarh, several passengers affected
In Chhattisgarh’s Bilaspur, a MEMU passenger train collided violently with a goods train, resulting in reports of 11 deaths and over 20 injuries. The collision was so severe that the passenger coach climbed onto the goods train. Meanwhile, the Railways announced ₹10 lakh compensation for the victims’ families and aid for the injured.
