आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव के दृष्टिगत ऊधम सिंह नगर पुलिस द्वारा अवैध मादक पदार्थों (शराब, चरस, स्मैक गांजा) व अन्य नशीले पदार्थो की धर पकड़ चलाये गये अभियान के दौरान ₹1 करोड़ से अधिक मूल्य की अवैध शराब की तस्करी करते हुए 745 पेटी अवैध अंग्रेजी शराब के साथ 02 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया ।

In view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, 745 cases of illegal liquor worth more than ₹ 1 crore were found while smuggling illegal drugs (liquor, hashish, smack ganja) and other intoxicants by Udham Singh Nagar Police during the operation conducted by the police. 02 people were arrested with liquor.

मौसम विभाग के अनुसार 25 जनवरी के बाद कोहरे से राहत मिलने के आसार हैं। अगले कुछ दिनों में प्रदेश में पश्चिमी विक्षोभ सक्रिय हो सकता है। जिसके बाद 28 जनवरी के बाद मौसम में बदलाव होने से बारिश की संभावना है। बारिश होने के बाद ही सूखी और गलन वाली ठंड से राहत मिलेगी। वहीं 25 जनवरी के लिए मौसम विभाग ने उधमसिंह नगर और हरिद्वार में घने कोहरे का येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है।

For January 25, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert of dense fog in Udham Singh Nagar and Haridwar.

मुख्य सचिव डॉ0 एस.एस. संधु ने सचिवालय में प्रदेश की ड्रोन पॉलिसी के संबंध में अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि ड्रोन क्षेत्र में इनोवेटिव एप्रोच अपनाने की आवश्यकता है। इसके लिए देश के प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थानों से सहयोग लेने के लिए कांट्रेक्ट किए जाएं। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड मोस्ट हेलीकॉप्टर फ्रेंडली स्टेट है। ड्रोन कॉरिडोर के लिए जीरो रिस्क एरिया पर फोकस किया जाए।

प्रदेश के युवाओं को मिलेगी ड्रोन ट्रेनिंग

The CS said that there is a need to adopt an innovative approach in the drone sector. For this, contracts should be signed to seek cooperation from the technological institutes of the country. The CS said that Uttarakhand is the most helicopter-friendly state. For drone corridor, the focus should be on zero risk areas.
