पहाड़ी इलाकों में बर्फबारी का सिलसिला जारी है। मौसम विभाग ने 2500 मीटर व इससे अधिक ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों के लिए बारिश और बर्फबारी के आसार बताए हैं। जबकि अन्य जिलों के लिए बारिश का अलर्ट बताया है।  चमोली के ऊंचाई वाले क्षेत्रों में बर्फबारी जारी है। कड़ाके की ठंड से बचने के लिए लोग अपने घरों में दुबकने को मजबूर हैं।

प्रेमनगर थाना क्षेत्र में टोंस नदी किनारे चार साल की मासूम खेलते-खेलते ट्रैक्टर के नीचे आ गई। जानकारी के अनुसार थाना प्रभारी प्रेमनगर गिरीश नेगी ने बताया कि थाना क्षेत्र के टोंस नदी किनारे स्थिति झुग्गी बस्ती में रहने वाले बच्चे आपस में खेल रहे थे। इसी दौरान बस्ती में खड़े ट्रैक्टर में चढ़कर किसी बच्चे ने ट्रैक्टर को गियर से हटाकर न्यूट्रल कर दिया। जिससे ट्रैक्टर पीछे की तरफ आ गया। ट्रैक्टर के पीछे आते ही चार साल की बच्ची उसके नीचे आ गई। हादसे में मौके पर ही मासूम की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई।

A four-year-old innocent girl came under a tractor while playing on the banks of Tons river in Premnagar police station area. According to the information, Premnagar police station in-charge Girish Negi said that the children living in the slum located on the banks of Tons River in the police station area were playing among themselves. Meanwhile, a child climbed into the tractor parked in the colony took the tractor out of gear, and made it neutral. Due to this, the tractor came backwards. As soon as the tractor came behind, the four-year-old girl came under it. The innocent child died on the spot in the accident.

सीएम धामी ने मुख्यमंत्री कैम्प कार्यालय स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में परिवहन निगम के अन्तर्गत चालक एवं परिचालक पद के लिए 106 अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किया। इन अभ्यर्थियों को मृतक आश्रित के रूप में परिवहन विभाग में नियुक्ति दी गई है। कार्यक्रम में सीएम ने परिवहन विभाग के अन्तर्गत चयनित 16 सहायक लेखाकारों को भी नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किया। उन्होंने 16 महिलाओं को परिवहन विभाग द्वारा निःशुल्क ड्राइविंग प्रशिक्षण देने के बाद उन्हें ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस भी प्रदान किए।

CM Dhami gave appointment letters to 106 candidates for the post of driver and conductor under the Transport Corporation at the Chief Sevak Sadan located at the Chief Minister Camp Office. These candidates have been appointed in the Transport Department as dependents of the deceased. In the program, the CM also gave appointment letters to 16 assistant accountants selected under the Transport Department. He also provided driving licenses to 16 women after they were given free driving training by the transport department.

राज्यपाल लेफ़्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से नि) ने शनिवार को राजभवन में 75वें गणतन्त्र दिवस परेड में प्रतिभाग करने वाले एनसीसी कैडेट्स को सम्मानित किया। गौरतलब है कि उत्तराखंड से इस वर्ष की गणतंत्र दिवस में आयोजित परेड और अन्य गतिविधियों में 122 कैडेट्स ने प्रतिभाग किया जिसमें 46 लड़कियां भी शामिल रहीं। इस अवसर पर राज्यपाल ने एनसीसी 11 यूके बटालियन (गर्ल्स) मेजर शशि मेहता को भी सम्मानित किया।

Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) honored the NCC cadets who participated in the 75th Republic Day Parade at Raj Bhavan on Saturday. It is noteworthy that 122 cadets from Uttarakhand participated in the parade and other activities organized on this year's Republic Day, including 46 girls. On this occasion, the Governor also honored Major Shashi Mehta, NCC 11 UK Battalion (Girls).

Cabinet Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat participated in the national workshop organized under the aegis of the National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in Dehradun, Uttarakhand Open University, Haldwani and Uttarakhand Science Education and Research Center and Uttarakhand Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities. Through this national workshop organized on the subject of teaching methods, challenges, and solutions related to science and mathematics subjects for the disabled, much important information was given by the subject experts on the subject of science and mathematics.

सीएम धामी द्वारा पौड़ी के कंडोलिया मैदान में महिला सशक्तिकरण को समर्पित ‘दिशा ध्याणी, ब्वै-ब्वारी’ सम्मेलन कार्यक्रम में जनपद पौड़ी के विकास के लिए ₹ 800.74 करोड़ की 353 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास व लोकार्पण किया गया। उन्होंने कंडोलिया पार्क में अर्बन हाट और महिला स्वयं सहायता समूह द्वारा तैयार किए गए उत्पादों का अवलोकन भी किया।

The foundation stone of 353 schemes worth ₹ 800.74 crore for the development of Pauri district was laid and inaugurated by CM Dhami in the 'Disha Dhyani, Bwai-Bwari' conference program dedicated to women empowerment at Kandolia ground in Pauri. He also inspected the products prepared by Urban Haat and the Women Self Help Group at Kandolia Park.
