अल्मोड़ा संसदीय सीट से भाजपा प्रत्याशी अजय टम्टा ने शुक्रवार को नामांकन कर लिया है। नामांकन दाखिल करने का यह सिलसिला 27 मार्च तक चलेगा। हरिद्वार लोकसभा सीट पर भी भाजपा प्रत्याशी त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने ऑनलाइन नामांकन दाखिल किया।

मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी कार्यालय देहरादून द्वारा सचिवालय स्थित मीडिया सेंटर में पत्रकार होली मिलन समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी डॉ0 बी.वी.आर.सी पुरूषोत्तम ने सभी मीडिया प्रतिनिधियों को होली की शुभकामनाएं दी। मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने राज्य में मतदान प्रतिशत बढ़ाने के लिए प्रिन्ट, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक और सोशल मीडिया माध्यमों से लोगों को जागरूक करने की अपील भी की।

The executive meeting of Uttarakhand State Child Welfare Council was held at Raj Bhavan under the chairmanship of Governor Gurmit Singh (Retd).
