मंगलवार देर रात्रि चमोली पुलिस ने चेकिंग के दौरान मींग गधेरे के पास से थराली निवासी विक्रम सिंह और दिनेश सिंह को प्रतिबंधित वन्य जीव गुलदार (लैपर्ड) की खाल के साथ गिरफ्तार किया। अभियुक्तों के विरुद्ध वन्य जीव जन्तु संरक्षण अधिनियम के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया है।

During checking late on Tuesday night, Chamoli Police arrested Vikram Singh and Dinesh Singh, residents of Tharali, near Meeng Gadhere with the skin of the banned wild animal Guldar (Leopard). A case has been registered against the accused under the Wildlife Protection Act.

झंडे जी आरोहण के तीसरे दिन नगर परिक्रमा का आयोजन किया गया। नगर परिक्रमा में 25 हजार से ज्यादा लोग शामिल हुए। नगर परिक्रमा श्री दरबार साहिब परिसर से शुरू हुई। यहां से तिलक रोड, टैगोर-विला, घंटाघर व घंटाघर से पलटन बाजार होते हुए लक्खीबाग पुलिस चौकी से रीठा मंडी, श्री गुरु राम राय पब्लिक स्कूल बाॅम्बे बाग पहुंची। आपको बता दें कि हर साल एतिहासिक झंडे मेले कि शुरूआत झंडा आरोहण से होती है और इसके तीसरे दिन नगर परिक्रमा की जाती है।

नगर परिक्रमा में उमड़ा जन सैलाब

विश्व प्रसिद्ध गंगोत्री नेशनल पार्क के गेट जल्द ही पर्यटकों के लिए खोल दिए जाएंगे। जिसके बाद पर्यटक कई दुर्लभ जानवरों के दीदार कर पाएंगे। इसके साछ ही पर्यटक गर्तांगली, नेलांग और गोमुख तपोवन की सैर भी कर सकेंगे। पार्क प्रशासन ने गेट खोलने की तैयारियां भी शुरू कर दी हैं। फिलहाल गंगोत्री और गोमुख के बीच कई स्थानों पर हिमखंड आने के कारण ट्रैक अवरुद्ध है। जिस कारण अभी पर्यटकों को गोमुख-तपोवन की ट्रैकिंग के लिए थोड़ा इंतजार करना पड़ेगा।

जल्द खुलेंगे गंगोत्री नेशनल पार्क के गेट

The gates of the world famous Gangotri National Park will soon be opened for tourists. After which tourists will be able to see many rare animals. Only a few tourists will be able to visit Gartangali, Nelang and Gomukh Tapovan. The park administration has also started preparations to open the gate. At present the track is blocked at many places between Gangotri and Gomukh due to icebergs. Due to this, tourists will have to wait for some time for trekking of Gomukh-Tapovan.

नरेन्द्रनगर-रानीपोखरी बाईपास तिराह खाडी, नरेन्द्रनगर के समीप एक फोर्ड गाडी मे अचानक आग लग गई जिसे फायर सर्विस यूनिट द्वारा समय से घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर एम एफ ई के फोम के प्रैशर से पूर्ण रूप से बुझाया गया। जिसमे दो अन्य व्यक्ति सवार थे, देहरादून से नई टिहरी की ओर जा रही थी। घटना मे कोई जनहानि नही हुई।

A sudden fire broke out in a Ford vehicle near Narendranagar-Ranipokhari Bypass, Tirah Khadi, Narendranagar, which was completely extinguished by the fire service unit which reached the spot on time with the foam pressure of MFE. In which two other persons were traveling, it was going from Dehradun towards New Tehri. There was no loss of life in the incident.

The foundation day of Odisha state was celebrated at Raj Bhavan on Monday. People of Oriya community, Dehradun living in Uttarakhand of the state participated in the program. While participating in this program, Governor Gurmit Singh congratulated the people present on behalf of the entire state on the Foundation Day and said that this day is dedicated to the glorious history and cultural heritage of Orissa. श्री संदीप कुमार राणा, उपनिदेशक तकनीकी अग्निशमन एवं आपात सेवा मुख्यालय देहरादून महोदय द्वारा फायर स्टेशन हल्द्वानी का अर्द्धवार्षिक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान स्टेशन पर उपलब्ध समस्त अग्निशमन वाहनों/आपदा उपकरणों के साथ साथ स्टेशन परिसर, वाचरूम, एफएस कार्यालय, स्टोर, बैरिक आदि का भी निरीक्षण किया गया।

Half-yearly inspection of Fire Station Haldwani was conducted by Mr. Sandeep Kumar Rana, Deputy Director Technical Fire and Emergency Services Headquarters, Dehradun. During the inspection, all the fire fighting vehicles/disaster equipment available at the station along with the station premises, watchroom, FS office, store, barrick etc. were also inspected.
