मणिपुर में सुरक्षा बलों को बड़ी सफलता मिली है। 19 सितंबर को असम राइफल्स के काफिले पर हुए हमले के मुख्य आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। पूछताछ के दौरान उसकी निशानदेही पर भारी मात्रा में हथियार और गोला-बारूद बरामद किए गए। इस हमले में असम राइफल्स के दो जवान शहीद हुए थे और बाकी आरोपियों की तलाश अब भी जारी है।

Security forces in Manipur have arrested the main accused in the September 19 ambush on an Assam Rifles convoy. His interrogation led to the recovery of a large cache of weapons and ammunition. The attack had left two Assam Rifles personnel martyred, while the search for other suspects continues.
