देहरादून नगर निगम द्वारा आम नागरिकों की सुविधा के लिए, नगर निगम से सम्बन्धित शिकायतों के निस्तारण हेतु एक शिकायत निवारण सिस्टम तैयार किया गया है। इस सिस्टम के अंतर्गत नागरिकों के लिए एक सिटीजन एप ‘वन स्टॉप सॉल्यूशन’ लॉन्च किया गया है। जिसके माध्यम से आम नागरिक नगर निगम में अपनी शिकायतें सीधे भेज सकते हैं। इस ऐप के माध्यम से शिकायत कम्प्यूटर के माध्यम के अलावा अपने एंड्रॉयड फोन से भी कर सकते हैं।

अब घर बैठे इस ऐप से कर सकेंगे नगर निगम के अधिकारियों से शिकायत

For the convenience of common citizens, Dehradun Municipal Corporation has prepared a grievance redressal system for the redressal of complaints related to the Municipal Corporation. Under this system, a citizen app ‘One Stop Solution’ has been launched for the citizens. Through this common citizens can send their complaints directly to the Municipal Corporation. Through this app, apart from using a computer, you can also make complaints through your Android phone.

Now you will be able to complain to Municipal Corporation officials through this app sitting at home
