उत्तरकाशी के सिलक्यारा में सात दिन से फंसे मजदूरों को निकालने के लिए लगातार कोशिशें की जा रही हैं। लेकिन कोई भी कामयाबी अभी हाथ नहीं लग पाई है। स्थानीय लोग इस हादसे को लगातार बौखनाथ का प्रकोप बता रहे थे। जिसके बाद कार्यदायी कंपनी द्वारा सुरंग के बाहर बौखनाथ देवता का मंदिर स्थापित कर दिया है। उत्तरकाशी के सिलक्यारा में हुए टनल हादसे को स्थानीय लोग लगातार दैवीय प्रकोप बता रहे थे। लोगों का कहना था कि मंदिर हटाने के कारण ये हादसा हुआ है।
