November will start with rain and snowfall, Meteorological Department released forecast

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain and snowfall at the beginning of November. After which the chill may increase due to falling mercury. Meteorologists have predicted light to very light rain and snowfall at isolated places in Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Pithoragarh, and Bageshwar districts.
