यमुनोत्री विधानसभा के हलना गांव में अब तक एक भी वोट नहीं पड़ा है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि लंबे समय से सड़क की मांग कर रहे हैं, लेकिन आज तक सड़क नहीं बन पाई। ग्रामीणों ने मतदान का बहिष्कार कर दिया।

Till now not a single vote has been cast in Halna village of Yamunotri assembly. Villagers say that they have been demanding a road for a long time, but till date the road has not been built. The villagers boycotted the voting.
