खबरों के अनुसार, रूस-यूक्रेन संघर्ष को लेकर राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमिर पुतिन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि मौजूदा शर्तों पर वह शांति समझौते के लिए तैयार नहीं हैं और रूस अपनी शर्तों पर अडिग रहेगा, साथ ही यूक्रेन को पीछे हटने की जरूरत बताई है। इसी बीच, बताया जा रहा है कि दिसंबर में पुतिन भारत दौरे पर आने वाले हैं।
