नवनियुक्त मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन ने सचिवालय स्थित मुख्य सचिव कार्यालय में पदभार ग्रहण किया। निवर्तमान सीएस श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन को पदभार सौंपा। इस अवसर पर नवनियुक्त सीएस ने कहा कि सरकार की नीतियों का राज्य के विकास में सफलतापूर्वक क्रियान्वयन करना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है।
