The government has appointed a new Excise Commissioner in Uttarakhand. The health of Harish Chand Semwal, who was now looking after the charge of the Excise Commissioner, had suddenly deteriorated. After this, he had to be admitted to the hospital. In such a situation, the new officer has been entrusted with the work of the Excise Commissioner. The government has handed over the post of new Excise Commissioner of Uttarakhand to Prashant Kumar Arya. Prashant Kumar is an IAS officer of the 2017 batch.
