महाराष्ट्र के राज्यपाल और एनडीए के उपराष्ट्रपति पद के उम्मीदवार सीपी राधाकृष्णन ने संसद भवन में अपना नामांकन दाखिल किया। इस मौके पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी सहित कई वरिष्ठ नेता उपस्थित रहे। उपराष्ट्रपति पद के लिए मतदान 9 सितंबर को होगा और परिणाम भी उसी दिन घोषित किए जाएंगे।
