दिनांक 15.05.2022 को वादी द्वारा थाना मुखानी पुलिस को तहरीर दी गई कि मोहित आर्या द्वारा वादी के बेटे मृतक प्रकाश बैरागी उम्र 25 वर्ष की हत्या कर दी है। तहरीर के आधार पर थानाध्यक्ष मुखानी द्वारा तत्काल थाना मुखानी में हत्या का अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया। गठित टीमो द्वारा घटना स्थल के आस-पास लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरों का भली-भॉति अवलोकन तथा क्षेत्र में पता रसी व सुराग रसी करते हुए सूचना मिलने के 05 घण्टे के भीतर ही हत्यारे को चौफुला चौराहे से गिरफ्तार किया गया।

On 15.05.2022, a complaint was given by the plaintiff to the police station Mukhani that Mohit Arya had killed the plaintiff's son, Prakash Bairagi, aged 25. On the basis of Tahrir, the charge of murder was immediately registered in the police station Mukhani by the station head, Mukhani. The killer was arrested at the Chaufula crossroads within 5 hours of getting the information by the teams formed by the CCTV cameras installed around the incident site and getting the address and clues in the area.
