Mussoorie Ropeway Project begins, relief from traffic jams soon

To ease traffic congestion between Dehradun and Mussoorie, work has begun on the Mussoorie Ropeway Project. The 5.5 km long ropeway, stretching from Purukul village to Library Chowk, will have a capacity of 1,500 passengers per hour. Estimated at ₹285 crore, the project is expected to be completed by September 2026.
