खबर के अनुसार, सोमेश्वर, अल्मोड़ा जिले के रस्यारा गांव में दिव्यांग व्यक्ति की हत्या के मामले में पुलिस ने फरार आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। जांच में सामने आया कि पुरानी रंजिश और विवाद के चलते आरोपी ने पत्थर से वार कर उसकी हत्या की थी और पुलिस द्वारा आरोपी के पास से खून से सने कपड़े भी बरामद किए गए हैं।
