विधायक दिलीप रावत ने इस खबर को झूठा और अफवाह बताया कि वह कांग्रेस में शामिल होने जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कैबिनेट मंत्री हरक सिंह रावत पर गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि यह सब अफवाहें हरक सिंह रावत के कहने पर फैलाई जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि उनकी पार्टी भी एक, जो कि भाजपा है और विधानसभा सीट भी एक है। वे दिल्ली में नहीं बल्कि पूर्व सीएम त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत के साथ देहरादून में ही हैं।
