Mizoram becomes India’s first fully literate state
Mizoram has earned the distinction of becoming India’s first fully literate state, with not a single illiterate person remaining. Achieving a literacy rate of 98.2%, the state accomplished this milestone under the 'ULLAS' (New India Literacy Program) initiative.
