Minor drove the vehicle, police issued a challan of 25 thousand rupees

While maintaining smooth traffic system and taking strict action against those violating traffic rules, Pithoragarh Police found a minor boy driving a vehicle, on which police issued a challan of Rs. 25,000 against his parents and seized the vehicle.
