शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और सहकारिता मंत्री डाॅ0 धन सिंह रावत ने राजभवन, देहरादून में आयोजित ‘वसंतोत्सव 2023’ में प्रतिभाग किया और वहां लगी पुष्प प्रदर्शनी को देखा। साथ ही विभिन्न स्टालों का अवलोकन किया और बच्चों से बातचीत की। इस कार्यक्रम के अवसर पर कट-फ्लावर, पोटेड प्लांट प्रबंधन, ऑन स्पॉट फोटोग्राफी, ताज़ा पुष्प दलों की रंगोली, बच्चों के लिए चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता जैसी विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया गया है।

Education, Health, and Cooperation Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat participated in the 'Vasantotsav 2023' organized at Raj Bhavan, Dehradun, and saw the flower exhibition organized there. Also visited various stalls and interacted with the children. Various competitions like cut-flower, potted plant management, on-spot photography, Rangoli of fresh flower parties, and painting competitions for children have been organized on the occasion of this event.
