Meteorological Department issued red alert regarding heat

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, the temperature in the plains of the state can reach 39 degrees to 41 degrees Celsius. The temperature is expected to reach 28 to 30 degrees in the mountainous areas. The weather will remain dry over the entire state on April 27 and 28.
