मौसम विभाग के पूर्वानुमान के मुताबिक 10 फरवरी को उत्तरकाशी, चमोली, पिथौरागढ़, रुद्रप्रयाग और बागेश्वर जिले में हल्की बारिश और बर्फबारी हो सकती है इसको लेकर येलो अलर्ट भी जारी किया गया है। वहीं देहरादून के पर्वतीय इलाकों पर भी बारिश के आसार हैं।
