मौसम विभाग के अनुसार राज्य में 23 जनवरी की शाम से मौसम में बदलाव दिखने लगेगा। 24 तारीख से 29 तारीख तक उत्तराखण्ड में भारी बारिश और बर्फबारी का पूर्वानुमान है। इसके चलते आरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।
