Meteorological Department issued forecast of heavy rain

According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rain is expected in the capital Dehradun, Pauri, Bageshwar and Nainital districts on Tuesday, for which a yellow alert has been issued. While there are chances of several rounds of heavy rain in some parts of Rudraprayag, Chamoli and Uttarkashi. In such a situation, Chardham pilgrims have been advised to travel only after checking the weather update.
