जानकारी के अनुसार, दक्षिण अमेरिका के चिली के मध्य और दक्षिणी हिस्सों में भीषण जंगल की आग तेजी से फैलकर शहरों तक पहुंच गई है। बताया जा रहा है कि अब तक 18 से ज्यादा लोगों की जान जा चुकी है, हजारों एकड़ जंगल जल गया है और सैकड़ों परिवारों को घर छोड़कर सुरक्षित जगहों पर जाना पड़ा है। वहीं, प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में राहत-बचाव कार्य जारी हैं।

According to reports, a massive forest fire in central and southern Chile, South America has spread rapidly and reached several cities. More than 18 people are said to have lost their lives so far, thousands of acres of forest have been burnt, and hundreds of families have been forced to leave their homes and move to safer locations.
