एक गोदाम में भीषण आग लगने की सूचना पर 12 जनवरी 2022 को सिविल लाइन रुड़की मौके पर पहुंची और एसएस यूनिट ने बिना देर किए जोखिम भरी परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए आग को बुझाना शुरू कर दिया। आग की भयावहता और आसपास फैलने की आशंका को देखते हुए दमकल की दो अन्य गाड़ियों को मौके पर बुलाया गया, आग की लपटों को देखकर लोगों में अफरा-तफरी का माहौल हो गया। दमकल सेवा रुडकी ने करीब 2 घंटे की मशक्कत के बाद धैर्य और अथक परिश्रम से आग पर काबू पाया।

Civil Line Roorkee reached the spot on 12 January 2022 on the information of a huge fire in a godown and the SS unit started extinguishing the fire without delay considering the risky conditions. In view of the magnitude of the fire and the possibility of spreading it around, two other fire tenders were called to the spot, seeing the flames created panic among the people. Fire Service Roorkee brought the fire under control with patience and tireless efforts after about 2 hours of effort.
