खबर के अनुसार, उत्तराखंड के हरिद्वार स्थित सप्त ऋषि क्षेत्र में गंगा का जल स्तर अचानक बढ़ने से 21 लोग, जिनमें महिलाएं और बच्चे भी शामिल थे, एक टापू पर फंस गए। वहीं, सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस और जल पुलिस ने राफ्टिंग बोट और रस्सियों की मदद से सभी का सुरक्षित रेस्क्यू कर लिया, जिससे समय रहते कार्रवाई होने से बड़ा हादसा टल गया।
