Many roads including Gangotri-Yamunotri closed

Due to rain and snowfall in the high altitude areas of Uttarkashi for several days, more than 60 villages of the district have been cut off from the district and tehsil headquarters. Many roads, including the Gangotri-Yamunotri highway, have been closed. The work of opening the closed roads is going on but due to frequent rain and snowfall, the work is being hampered.
