Many children and youth affected by illness in Ghazipur region of Uttar Pradesh

According to report, in the Ghazipur region of UP, more than 40 children & young people from around 11 villages have become mentally unstable after a strange illness. It is said that their condition worsens after fever & seizures, so families are being forced to tie them with ropes/chains to prevent them from harming themselves or others.
