खबर के अनुसार, देहरादून के डाकपत्थर में इचारी डैम से अचानक पानी छोड़े जाने पर एक पोकलैंड ऑपरेटर तेज बहाव में फंस गया। मौके पर मौजूद मजदूरों ने पाइप को रस्सी की तरह इस्तेमाल कर साहसिक रेस्क्यू किया और ऑपरेटर को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाल लिया। गनीमत रही कि कोई हताहत नहीं हुआ।

Workers present at the site used a pipe like a rope in a daring rescue operation and managed to pull the operator out safely. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
