Man reaches DM office wearing shroud in Uttar Pradesh, seeks justice

According to report, a man in Basti, UP, troubled after being declared dead in official records, reached the DM office wearing a shroud and demanded justice. It was stated that SDM has assured him that the matter will be investigated and justice will be delivered, while his purpose in wearing the shroud was to show that he is still alive.
