Major reshuffle in Uttarakhand Congress, Ganesh Godiyal appointed State President

Organizational changes have been made in the Uttarakhand Congress. The party high command has appointed Ganesh Godiyal as the state president for the second time, while Pritam Singh has been given charge of the campaign committee and Dr. Harak Singh Rawat will head the election management committee.
