उत्तराखंड में बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए राज्यपाल ने अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा विधेयक को मंजूरी दे दी है। इसके तहत राज्य का मदरसा बोर्ड समाप्त हो जाएगा और सभी मदरसों को अब उत्तराखंड विद्यालय शिक्षा परिषद से संबद्ध होना होगा।
