Major court verdict on encroachment of railway land in Haldwani, Uttarakhand

According to reports, the Supreme Court has delivered a major verdict in the case related to the removal of encroachment from railway land in Banbhoolpura, Haldwani. It has been stated that as per the Court’s decision, the land belongs to the Railways and the people residing there cannot demand rehabilitation at the same location.
