देहरादून में आयोजित ‘हिमालय निनाद उत्सव 2025’ में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कलाकारों का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए चार बड़ी घोषणाएं कीं। उन्होंने वृद्ध और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर कलाकारों व लेखकों की पेंशन ₹3000 बढ़ाकर ₹6000 करने, सभी जिलों में प्रेक्षागृह और राज्य व मंडल स्तरीय संग्रहालयों के निर्माण की घोषणा की।

At the “Himalaya Ninad Utsav 2025” held in Dehradun, CM Dhami encouraged artists and made four major announcements. He announced an increase in the monthly pension for elderly and financially weak artists and writers from ₹3,000 to ₹6,000, along with the construction of auditoriums in all districts and state- and division-level museums.
