राज्यसभा सदस्य के पद के लिए भारतीय जनता पार्टी के अध्यक्ष महेंद्र भट्ट निर्विरोध निर्वाचित हो गए हैं। चुनाव अधिकारी ने इसकी घोषणा की। बता दें कि महेंद्र भट्ट ने 15 फरवरी को चार सेटों में नामांकन दाखिल किया था। उनके अलावा किसी दल या निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार ने नामांकन नहीं किया था। चुनाव अधिकारी ने महेंद्र भट्ट के निर्विरोध निर्वाचन की घोषणा के बाद से बीजेपी में खुशी की लहर है।
