जानकारी के अनुसार, लखनऊ ने कचरा प्रबंधन में बड़ी उपलब्धि हासिल की है। बताया गया है कि शहर अब ‘जीरो फ्रेश वेस्ट डंप’ मॉडल पर काम कर रहा है, जहां कचरा खुले में नहीं फेंका जाएगा और डोर-टू-डोर कलेक्शन के साथ घरों में गीला-सूखा कचरा अलग-अलग किया जा रहा है। इसके साथ ही रोज़ाना निकलने वाले कचरे को वैज्ञानिक तरीके से प्रोसेस भी किया जा रहा है।

According to reports, Lucknow has achieved a major milestone in waste management. It is said that the city is now working on a “zero fresh waste dump” model, where garbage will not be thrown in open areas, and door-to-door collection along with segregation of wet and dry waste at the household level is being implemented.
