चारधाम यात्रा पर गुजरात से आई महिला श्रद्धालु का गंगोत्री मन्दिर परिसर में पर्स (01 सोने का मंगलसूत्र व 20,000 रु0 नगद) कहीं खो गया था, मन्दिर परिसर ड्यूटी मे तैनात आईआरबी के जवान प्रदीप आर्य द्वारा पर्स को तलाश कर महिला श्रद्धालु के सुपुर्द किया गया। श्रद्धालु द्वारा पुलिस जवान की प्रशंसा करते हुये उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस का आभार प्रकट किया गया।

The purse (01 gold mangal sutra and Rs. 20,000 cash) of a female devotee who had come from Gujarat on Chardham Yatra was lost somewhere in the Gangotri temple premises, IRB jawan Pradeep Arya posted on temple premises duty found the purse and handed it over to the female devotee. The devotee expressed gratitude to the Uttarakhand Police while praising the police personnel.
