जानकारी के अनुसार, उत्तरकाशी में रसोई गैस के लिए लोग परेशान हैं और गैस गोदामों पर लंबी कतारें लग रही हैं। वहीं, उपला टखनौर क्षेत्र के ग्रामीणों ने केवाईसी की दिक्कतों को लेकर अधिकारियों से विशेष कैंप लगाने की मांग की, जिस पर प्रशासन ने रविवार को कैंप आयोजित करने का आश्वासन दिया है, जबकि लोगों से घबराने से बचने की अपील भी की गई है।
