पौड़ी के रिखणीखाल और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में लोग गुलदार की दहशत से परेशान है। गुलदार के सक्रिय होने के कारण पुलिस की टीम द्वारा लगातार दिन और रात गस्त कर अनाउन्समेंट कर ग्रामीणों से सतर्क रहने की अपील की जा रही है। बीते 19 अगस्त को गुलदार आंगन से पांच साल के बच्चे को उठा ले गया था।
