जानकारी के अनुसार, रुद्रप्रयाग जिले के अगस्त्यमुनि विकास खंड स्थित राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज बीना के प्रवक्ता प्रभाकर थपलियाल को आज सुबह ब्रेन स्ट्रोक आने से हालत गंभीर हो गई। बताया गया कि उन्हें पहले जिला चिकित्सालय में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां से स्थिति नाजुक होने पर उन्हें जिला प्रशासन की सहायता से हेली एंबुलेंस द्वारा एम्स ऋषिकेश रेफर किया गया।
