हल्द्वानी में कुमाऊं मंडल का पहला वाणिज्यिक न्यायालय का शुभारंभ हो गया है। न्यायालय स्थापित होने से कुमाऊं की जनता और अधिवक्ताओं को अब वाणिज्य संबंधी मामलों के लिए देहरादून नहीं आना होगा। राज्यपाल गुरमीत सिंह ने कुमाऊं मंडल के इस पहले वाणिज्यिक न्यायालय के लिए उत्तराखंड उच्च न्यायालय की संस्तुति से हल्द्वानी के प्रथम अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश कंवर अमनिंदर सिंह को उनके वर्तमान दायित्व के अतिरिक्त वाणिज्यिक न्यायालय हल्द्वानी का अपर जिला न्यायाधीश नियुक्त किया है।

हल्द्वानी में खुला कुमाऊं का पहला वाणिज्यिक न्यायालय

The first commercial court of the Kumaon division has been inaugurated in Haldwani. With the establishment of the court, the people and advocates of Kumaon will no longer have to come to Dehradun for commercial matters. Governor GurmIt Singh, on the recommendation of Uttarakhand High Court, has appointed the first Additional District and Sessions Judge of Haldwani, Kanwar Amarinder Singh, as Additional District Judge of the Commercial Court, Haldwani, in addition to his current responsibility, for this first commercial court of Kumaon division.
