Justice Bhushan Ramkrishna Gavai took the oath as the 52nd Chief Justice of India at a ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan. The historic event was attended by President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Justice Gavai pledged his loyalty to the Constitution and laws of India.
