गोवा में तैनात हल्द्वानी निवासी आईटीबीपी के जवान त्रिलोक चंद्र की चुनाव में लगी ड्यूटी के दौरान निधन हो गया। त्रिलोक चंद्र मूल रूप से अल्मोड़ा के रानीखेत भिलारकोट के रहने वाले हैं। अचानक तबीयत बिगड़ने से उनका निधन हो गया। परिवार में शोक की लहर व्याप्त है।
